Sandeep Sinha’s hands on with all aspects within the company from planning to design to business development to accomplish the dream of INBOX. His knack of spotting trends & picking the right properties has enabled him to create landmark properties and in turn create value for both customers & investors. Sinha was part of IPC’s like Cushman and Wakefield, CBRE and JLL for about 10 years. Received award for INDIA Excellence Award for Highest Revenue Generator from CBRE.

Shashi Kumar is director at INBOX. Before forming INBOX, Shashi was part of IPC’s like JLL and CBRE for about 10 years. He had huge exposure in handling clients from initial stage to Handing over of Residential product in Bangalore. He has experience in Marketing and Selling High End Products and sold good number of units in his First Real Estate Company August Ventures Pvt Ltd and later associated with DNR Group and Habitat Pragnya . He has a totak of 8 Years of Experience in Real estate. Now at INBOX he handles Mandate Projects , Business Development so as to ensure the vision of the company is accomplished.
